Module 2 - Informed consent
Traditional certification routes usually ask for years of prior clinical research employment before you can even sit the exam. That is a closed loop: you need the job to qualify, and the qualification to get the job.
TRUVAN starts from the work instead. Role-realistic casebooks and simulations let you demonstrate capability from day one, scored against a published rubric and reviewed by a human assessor.
What you build is an evidence record employers can read: what you were asked to do, how it was assessed and who reviewed it. It is not a licence or a qualification, and it is not a job guarantee. It is a credible account of what you can actually do.
How Academy works

Only the learning that closes a named gap. Domains you already hold are skipped.
Quizzes and assignments check the gap is closed, then Labs work evidences it.
Completing learning does not create an evidence record. Demonstrated, reviewed work does.

Entry level
6 weeks, live cohort. Runs 4 times a year.
The coordinator role end to end: protocol, participant visits, source documentation, safety reporting and study files.
Best for: New to clinical research, or moving in from healthcare or the lab.
Site professional
6 weeks, live cohort. Runs 2 times a year.
The monitoring skill set in full: source verification, site management and the judgement a monitor is hired for.
Best for: Coordinators, research nurses and site staff moving into monitoring.
Leadership
6 weeks, live cohort. Runs 2 times a year.
Study planning, vendor and site oversight, regulatory strategy and the cross-functional leadership senior roles are hired for.
Best for: CTM, CPM and regulatory affairs routes for experienced professionals.
